Healthy Habits Weight Loss Program
Inspera Health has teamed up with your Health Plan to provide you with an in-person online program aimed at supporting you on your health improvement and weight loss journey.
Unlike other wellness programs, the Healthy Habits Program is a special, invitation-only program that provides members guided online health education courses, a team of dedicated health improvement coaches, and a community of peer supporters.
To maximize your chances of success, Healthy Habits members gain access to additional in-depth support courses centered around fitness, nutrition, stress management and sleep which help make change more successful. To participate in the Healthy Habits program, members must have access to high-speed internet. Upon enrollment and following the initial coaching call Healthy Habits participants will receive a Fitbit wireless scale and tracker.

Your health is a personal journey, and one that you don’t have to do alone. Together with our Health Improvement Coaches, and your community of peers, we’ll support and encourage you every step of the way. Hover or click on our process to learn more.
First, you’ll complete a discovery process aimed at understanding where you’re most ready to begin your health improvement journey.
Next, we work with you to envision what a healthier you looks like, identifying your personal motivation for creating healthier habits.
Once you’ve defined your health improvement goals, we connect you with a community of health improvement partners—peers with similar interests and goals as you—to begin setting goals for implementing healthier habits in your life.
You will attend online discussions, experience individualized one-on-one coaching sessions, access online educational programs, create action plans, track progress, and make adjustments where needed to maximize achieving your health improvement goals.
With the help from your Health Improvement Coach and your community of peers, we will help you to stay on track to reach your goals by supporting and encouraging you along the way.
