Transforming lives.
Impacting the workplace.
We work with organizations and people to reinvent and reshape their future.

Our Mission is to make the discoveries that transform lives and impact the workplace.
In today’s economic environment, people and businesses are challenged with overcoming the obstacles that prevent progress, promise and potential.
We believe in the power of people to hope, to dream, to inspire, to change and most importantly, to prosper. We work with organizations and their employees to maximize and amplify their potential, reduce their risks, and be the very best they can be.
We do this by choosing to focus on one specific and unique population of people: to help those with multiple chronic conditions. We work with men and women of all ages to inspire and ignite change and transform their lives, and in return, impact their workplace.
For over 20 years, we have been fueled by a mission to create positive change in healthcare. Today, our team brings together the very best of our research, thinking and experience in health and behavior change to empower deliberate and long lasting impact. We are motivated to help both people and organizations live well and thrive.
Invigorated by a renewed passion and purpose, we unveiled a new name in 2016 to emerge as Inspera Health—derived from both the words, inspire and spera, the Latin word for hope, and communicates our mission to inspire hope in the people we serve. This is how we’re creating positive impact—one person, one business at a time.
