A Measure of Health.

There’s plenty of hard evidence that illustrates the correlation between healthier, happier employees and overall business health, performance and success. It’s the right thing to do for your employees with multiple chronic conditions.

There's plenty of hard evidence that illustrates the correlation between happy, healthy employees and overall business health, performance and success. It pays to invest in health. And it's also the right thing to do.

According to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, 67% of working-aged Americans are living with multiple chronic health conditions.

Seventy-one percent of all healthcare spending in the United States goes towards treating people with multiple chronic conditions. The problem is growing and will continue to grow as the population ages.

Despite this increasing number, only a few business leaders have successfully addressed an employee engagement strategy and plan to address the needs of this population. Investing in health is no longer an option. It’s a priority.

We’re bridging the gap. We’re changing the way healthcare is organized and delivered, and in the process, helping people achieve their best selves, while bending the healthcare cost curve for business leaders.

For over 20 years, we’ve helped people improve their quality of life to become happier, healthier and more productive. This is how we’re creating positive impact, inspiring hope, one person, one business at a time.

Helping People Not Just Live, But Thrive.

When people have lost hope, we help them find it.

Our focus has and always will be inspiring individuals with two or more chronic health conditions to ignite change within themselves to transform their lives to live and live well. These are just a few success stories of current and past program participants.

I came into the Inspera Health program not knowing what to expect. I was skeptical.

I thought my life was over, now I feel like I have my life back.

I have Crohn’s disease, I was overweight, and I was depressed. But with time, and help from the Inspera Health team, I really started to notice a difference. They helped me find a way to manage my depression, lose weight and become accountable for my own health. I lost 75 pounds. Everyone noticed my change. I had more energy. My workouts were better and stronger. I feel as though I’m back on my path to good health with strength, confidence and lack of depression.

We forget that we have this power to change. It’s about finding and reconnecting to that power we have to take control of our lives. And that’s what I feel Inspera Health has done for me.

You get to a point in life when you know things need to change and you’re not happy with where you are.

Inspera Health changed all that. They changed my life.

They gave me the resources to get me where I wanted to be, where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do next—not where they wanted me to be. They were encouraging and supportive of my choices. There was no judgment. I never knew the power to change was there inside of me all along. Inspera Health helped me find that power.

When I first heard about Inspera Health I was very skeptical.

But I connected with my Inspera Health team from the start. They really understood where I was coming from and what I was struggling with.

They listened and offered suggestions. And, I was given the freedom to explore options I didn’t feel were available before. I felt like I was in charge of discovering my own health. I’m much more focused on myself, I value myself and love myself now. I set boundaries. Now I eat for me. I eat for fuel. I’m not eating to be happy or sad, or to bury my feelings. I’m dealing with things differently and that’s what I learned to do in the program.
